Booking Conditions

DEPOSITS

A deposit is required to secure ALL bookings.

Phone Bookings : A deposit equal to the first nights accommodation/site tariff must be made at the time of making the reservation or within 7 days of booking.

Online Bookings : A deposit equal to the total tariff is payable at time of making the booking.

Christmas Bookings : A deposit of $250 must be made at time of making reservation or within 7 days.

Easter Bookings : A deposit of $100 must be made at time of making reservation or within 7 days. 

We accept Visa, Mastercard, cheque, money order or direct deposit into our bank account as deposit on all bookings.

Direct Deposit: If you are using this payment method, please ensure that your reservation number and surname is entered as the description of your payment into our nominated bank account to ensure it is applied to correct reservation.

Cheques : Will only be accepted if received more than 2 weeks prior to arrival. If sending a cheque or money order please record your full name, address, phone number and reservation number on the reverse side. Cheques will NOT be accepted on arrival as payment for your booking.

If a deposit is not paid within 7 days of making a reservation then we assume you no longer require this booking and it will be offered to other guests. Please give us a call if you require an extension for payment.

Full payment of your account is due on arrival by Mastercard, Visa, EfTPOS or cash. Cheques will NOT be accepted.

CHRISTMAS BOOKINGS :

A deposit of $250 is required within 7 days of making a reservation to secure ALL bookings.

Powered Sites and Ensuite Powered Sites : Reservations are to be no less than 7 nights and booked in 7 night blocks (eg 7 nights, 14 nights, 21 nights etc). Arrival/Check In days are 26th December, 2nd January, 9th January, 16th January and 23rd January. If you are unable to arrive on these days then exceptions can be made BUT you will be charged from our arrival/check in days. 

Cabins/Accommodation : Minimum nights are more flexible in accommodation and is subject to management approval.

All alterations to any Christmas booking MUST be made by 1ST NOVEMBER. No alterations to your reservation will be allowed after this date.

Cancellations to any Christmas booking MUST made by 1ST NOVEMBER or we will retain your deposit. 

Reception is closedon Christmas Day so no arrivals or departures can be scheduled for that day.

Arrival check in time is STRICTLY after 2PM.Please do not turn up early or you may be turned away. No early check ins will be accepted.

EASTER BOOKINGS

A deposit of $100 is required within 7 days of making a reservation to secure booking. Reservations are to be no less than 3 nights which include Good Friday, Easter Saturday and Easter Sunday. Check in arrival day is Good Friday or before.

Cancellations to any Easter booking MUST be made by  1ST MARCHor we will retain your deposit. 

CANCELLATION POLICY :

Should it be necessary for you to cancel, we will refund your holding deposit as follows:-

Online Bookings : All cancellations will forfeit the FULL booking amount.

Phone Bookings : will be as follows:-

LOW SEASON: Deposit will be fully refunded less a $20.00 cancellation fee if you notify us of your cancellation before 9am on the day BEFORE your scheduled arrival. Otherwise we will retain your deposit.

SCHOOL HOLIDAYS & LONG WEEKENDS: Deposit will be fully refunded less a $20.00 cancellation fee if you notify us of cancellation 30 days BEFORE your scheduled arrival. Otherwise we will retain your deposit.

CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS: Deposit will be fully refunded less a $20.00 cancellaiton fee if you notify us of cancellation BEFORE 1st November. Otherwise we will retain your deposit.

EASTER WEEKEND: Deposit will be fully refunded less a $20.00 cancellation fee if you notify us of cancellation BEFORE 1st March. Otherwise we will retain your deposit.

PETS

Pets are permitted on allotted powered sites and ensuite powered sites and in our Pet Friendly Hideaway cabins ONLY. Please do not book into any of our other cabins/accommodation if you are bringing your pet as you will be asked to vacate that cabin/accommodation and be charged a hefty cleaning fee.
Pets are NOT permitted during the Christmas holiday period 26th December to 26th January .

GUIDELINES

Tariffs are not transferrable or refunded if your stay is cut short.

No refunds will be given if you decide to leave early or for inclement weather.

If requested, we will endeavour to hold a particular site for you, however, we reserve the right to move your booking to another site for the same period.

Maximum of 7 people per site.

Check in time is 2pm and check out time is 10am. Late check out is available upon request if cabin/site is not already booked by another guest for that day (conditions may apply).

If you have requested an early check in, we will endeavour to have your room/site ready by that time, however, in peak periods or busy week/ends this may not be possible. Prior arrangements MUST be made with management if you would like an early check in.

During Christmas peak season, especially on our main changeover/check in days, check in is STRICTLY after 2pm. Please do NOT turn up early as you may be turned away as no early check ins will be accepted.

Late arrivals on powered sites will be only be accepted up until 7pm (8pm during daylight savings time).

Quiet time for the comfort of all is 10pm to 7am.

Fires are NOT permitted in the park AT ALL TIMES.

Top Park members are eligible for their 10% discount on their OWN booking only. You must present proof of membership on arrival to obtain discount. No refunds will be given if you remember your card after check in is completed. No ther discounts will apply.

Only one discount per stay.

Please note that our office is CLOSED on Christmas Day. No arrivals or departures can be scheduled for that day.

Office hours are 8am to 6pm (closed Christmas Day). Please let us know if you are arriving after 6pm so arrangements can be made.
