CONDITIONS
A deposit is required to secure your booking. (Minimum bookings apply if a particular site is required).
CANCELLATION POLICY: Should it be necessary for you to cancel, we will refund your holding deposit as follows:
LOW SEASON: Deposit will be fully refunded less $10 cancellation fee if you notify us of your cancellation before 9am on the day before your scheduled arrival. Other wise we will retain the deposit.
SCHOOL HOLIDAYS: Your deposit will be fully refunded less $10 cancellation fee if you notify us of your cancellation, for Xmas Holidays before 1st November. All other School Holidays 30 days before your scheduled arrival, otherwise, you lose your full deposit Sites will only be held for the first 2 days of booking, unless notified prior to arrival.
FULL PAYMENT of your account is due on arrival, this may be by Cash, Bank Cheque, Debit or Credit Card (Bankcard/Mastercard/Visa). Except for deposit payment, personal cheques are not accepted.
Tariffs are not transferable if your stay is cut short.
Bookings are not transferable to another person or to another time.
If requested we will endeavour to hold a particular site for you, however we reserve the right to move your booking to another site for the same period.
Maximum of 7 people per site (3 Adults).
Visitors staying overnight must be registered and paid for at reception before 6pm. Day visitors are welcome but must leave before 9pm.
Check in time is 2pm & Check out time is 10 am.
Late check outs may be available (conditions apply).
PETS are not permitted.
Quiet Time for the comfort of all is 10pm to 7am.
Sites ~ new arrivals are accepted up to 9pm only, for the comfort of those already here.
Accommodation ~ new arrivals are accepted up to 9pm or by prior arrangement.
No bikes in use after 8pm, HELMETS MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES
