: Please note that our cabins/rooms are NOT serviced. Towels may be exchanged at Reception free of charge on your 3rd and 7th night stay. If you require more frequent changes, then a cost of $2 per towel will be required. Please do not use these towels in the pool, you are to supply your own beach towels. Beach towels are available for sale at Reception during office hours.
: Check in is 2pm. Early check in is permitted if cabin or site is vacated and cleaned. Check in is STRICTLY 2pm during peak seasons and holidays. NO check ins are permitted on Christmas Day.
: There are several free BBQ areas located throughout the park including the camp kitchen.
: These are allowed during daylight hours. Guests should observe all road rules and prohibition signs, including wearing helmets and necessary protective wear. Children MUST be supervised at all times. Parents are to assess safe riding areas for their children and inform their children of these areas. Management will NOT be responsible for children riding in areas that parents deem to be unsafe. Please do not ride around the entrance/exit boomgate area.
: You must enter you personal access number that you will be provided with after check in each time you pass through the boomgates. Boomgate access codes are for YOUR vehicle ONLY are not NOT to be given out to visitors.
: Located in the middle of the park near the amenities block. The camp kitchen is fully enclosed and has all cooking facilities including BBQs that are free for use by all park patrons. Camp kitchen lights are on a timer and will turn off at 10pm, please vacate area after this time.
: Change for the laundry is available from reception during office hours.
: Accepted credit cards are Mastercard and Visa. Payments can also be made by EFTPOS. Sorry be we do NOT accept American Express.
: Check out time is 10am. Late check out can be arranged, please ask Reception during check in.
: A dump point is located near the amenities block and is provided to discard of waste from motorhomes, porta loos and caravan toilets. Please do not empty these in the amenities block.
: Basketballs are available at Reception for a $5 refundable cash deposit. Table tennis balls are sold for $1 each from Reception.
: NO open fires are permitted at any time in the park.
: Open 8am - 6pm (8am - 8pm during daylight savings time). Coin operated machines, table tennis table and foosball machine. Please see 'Equipment Hire'.
: Wireless internet is free and available throughout the park. Enquire at Reception during office hours for your unique username and password.
: A small library is set up in Reception where you can borrow or swap books for free.
: Open 7am - 8.30pm. Washing machines and Dryers 4 x $1 coins each. Irons and ironing boards are provided in laundry free of charge.

: No loud noise should be heard in or around your cabin/site after 10pm. Noise which disturbs any resident or guest is strictly prohibited at all times. Please be aware, we are very strict with our noise policy. Complaints to Management about noise may lead to eviction from the park without a refund.
: One car space per site/accommodation is provided. Boats will be accepted on site providing they fit and are approved by management. Visitors should park their car in the visitors car park located at the front of the park near Reception. No visitors cars are allowed in the park without consent from managment.
Full payment of your accommodation/site is required on check in. We accept Mastercard, Visa, EFTPOS or cash. Sorry but we do NOT accept cheques on check in.
: Pets are permitted on allocated powered sites, ensuite powered sites and our Pet Friendly Hideaway cabins ONLY. Please do not book into any of our other accommodation if you are travelling with a pet or you will be asked to vacate that accommodation and will be charged a hefty cleaning fee.
Pets are not permitted during the Christmas Holidays - 26th December to 26th January.
Putt Putt Golf: Is free to use whilst staying in the park. A refundable cash security deposit of $5 per person is required for the use of putter and ball. Once both putter and ball are returned, your $5 will be refunded.
: 8am to 6pm everyday. Closed Christmas Day.
: Details of our cancellation policy is explained in our 'Booking Conditions'. Please be aware that we are unable to make refunds for late arrivals, early departures or inclement weather.
: A maximum of 7 people, including overnight visitors, per site. Due to safety regulations, caravans must have their draw bar facing the road so they are easily accessed during an emergency. All possessions are to be kept within your site boundary. All powerleads connected to our power outlets must be 15 amp, tested and tagged. The use of double adaptors is not permitted.
: Smoking is not permitted inside any accommodation (please use verandas) or in or around any communal areas.
Swimming Pool and Spa
: Open 8am - 6pm (8am - 8pm during daylight savings time) Our swimming pool and spa is heated during the winter. Children under the age of 12 years must be supervised at all times. Please note that there is NO lifeguard on duty. Please ensure all babies and toddlers wear swim nappies in pool. These are available for sale at Reception. No food or glass is permitted in the pool area.
Top Park Members:
Top Park members are entitled to 10% off their stay to a maximum of $40 per stay. No other discounts apply. Proof of membership MUST be shown on check in to receive discount. No refunds are given if membership card is remembered after check in has been done. Discount applies to members OWN bookings only.
TV Coaxial cables are available to improve your television reception. A refundable cash security deposit is required. These are available at Reception during office hours.
All visitors should be registered on arrival. Guests are responsible for their visitors behaviour. Any visitor that stays overnight must be registered and paid for prior to staying.
